ONTARIO STUDENT TRANSCRIPT REQUEST Order your Ontario Student Transcript Online. This service is only available to our Full time Talenta Academy students.

REQUEST YOUR STUDENT REPORT CARD
Talenta Academy Student Report Card Request Online for pick up. It will be ready in one week for pick up.

SEND YOUR REPORT CARD TO YOUR HOME SCHOOL GUIDANCE Part time students may request your Talenta Academy Report Cards to be sent to your Home School Guidance Counsellor by providing your guidance cousellor's Name and Email address. Please fillout this form to request.

REQUEST YOUR MARK TO BE UPDATED TO OUAC You can add Talenta Academy to your OUAC account under the Ontario Secondary School as you are currently enrolled. This will allow us to update your mark to your OUAC account. Once you added, please request your Talenta Academy Course mark to be updated to OUAC by filling out this form. 101 Applicant only.

REQUEST YOUR MARK TO BE UPDATED TO OCAS You can add Talenta Academy to your OntarioColleges.Ca account under the Ontario Secondary School as you are currently enrolled.
